CrossFit Clinic
Thursday, July 29th from 6:30-8pm

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that utilizes constantly varied functional movements at a high intensity. Designed to prepare athletes for the unknown and the unknowable, CrossFit combines elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and track and field to create short, intense, and highly effective workouts. CrossFit is the perfect type of workout for women who participate in many athletic endeavors or who just want to be fit enough to try any new sport and keep up with (or beat!) their friends, which is oh-so-common of Bozeman women.

This clinic will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, take you through a sample workout, and give you tips for how to incorporate CrossFit style training into your workouts at the gym and at home or outside.

Mountain Bike Rides
We will be leading some mountain bike rides along with letting you know when other groups are getting out.  Check our facebook page for the latest postings or email Angie if you are interested in riding with other like minded ladies.

Ride the Bangtail Divide
either Saturday July 24th or Sunday the 25th.  I'm looking for any one else who would be interested in riding the divide trail from Stone Creek to Brackett creek with a car shuttle. I could ride either day that weekend and wanted to see what day might work for others, please email Angie if you are intersted and let me know which day works best for you.

Thanks to the Greater Yellowstone Fly Fishers for hosting this great clinic, what a fun time.
